On 6^th of August 2020 in partnership with Global Fund for Widows (GFW) we visited Tumaini widows’ group in Mwihoko, Kahawa Sukari in Kiambu County and cushioned the widows against the adverse effects of the Covid-19 pandemic by providing food humpers to the widows.

During the meeting the widows demonstrated their table banking activity and our founder Madam Dianah Kamande enlightened them on the benefits of being in a group and how they can apply for funds such as Women Enterprise Fund (WEF) and the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) which will be helpful for their economic empowerment in realization of Sustainable Development Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth
